Before collection: please call main lab before you go as there are special collection requirements. The specimen needs to be dropped at a center close to a main lab as the mobility part needs to be processed within 45 minutes approx. Don't call the individual collection center as they rarely answer their phone and then cant help with this answer. The main lab number is best. Just tell them what suburb you are and have a semen sample to do. They will easily tell you the closest.
