Kidney Function (UEC):
Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Bicarbonate, Urea, Creatinine, eGFR, Calcium, Corrected Calcium, Phosphate, Uric Acid,
Kidney Function tests measure the electrolytes and kidney markers like Glomerular Filtration Rate and Creatinine. There are a lot of misconceptions about high protein diets causing kidney problems, and bodybuilders are not at higher risk of kidney disease than the rest of the population (chronic steroid use possibly excepted), but it is an inexpensive test to do and could help to prevent future  kidney problems. The two biggest causes of kidney disease are diabetes and high blood pressure.
Liver function (LFT):
Total Protein, Albumin, Alkaline Phosphatase, Total Bilirubin, Gamma GT, AST, ALT, Globulin
Magnesium

Liver Function tests measure liver enzymes, which if elevated can be a sign of liver disease, or inflammation of the liver. Some of these enzymes like AST and ALT can be naturally high in bodybuilders due to training and it is important to take into account other markers like GGT, Ferritin and HsCRP to see if the liver is functioning optimally or not.

iMedical generally does not include Creatine Kinase (CK) in the Bodybuilding panels as it can be a meaningless test in this context. Almost certainly CK levels with training will be significantly elevated, causing undue alarm. You can add in for just $6.00 from any of the Sports BB1,2,3 and 4 panels if wanted.
