Kidney Function (UEC):
Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Bicarbonate, Urea, Creatinine, eGFR, Calcium, Corrected Calcium, Phosphate, Uric Acid
Kidney Function tests measure the electrolytes and kidney markers like Glomerular Filtration Rate and Creatinine. There are a lot of misconceptions about high protein diets causing kidney problems, and bodybuilders are not at higher risk of kidney disease than the rest of the population (chronic steroid use possibly excepted), but it is an inexpensive test to do and could help to prevent future  kidney problems. The two biggest causes of kidney disease are diabetes and high blood pressure.
Liver function (LFT):
Total Protein, Albumin, Alkaline Phosphatase, Total Bilirubin, Gamma GT, AST, ALT, Globulin

Liver Function tests measure liver enzymes, which if elevated can be a sign of liver disease, or inflammation of the liver. Some of these enzymes like AST and ALT can be naturally high in bodybuilders due to training and it is important to take into account other markers like GGT, Ferritin and HsCRP to see if the liver is functioning optimally or not.

iMedical generally does not include Creatine Kinase (CK) in the Bodybuilding panels as it can be a meaningless test in this context. Almost certainly CK levels with training will be significantly elevated, causing undue alarm. You can add in for just $1.00 from any of the Sports BB1,2,3 and 4 panels if wanted.

Lipid Studies:
Cholesterol, HDL/LDL, Non-HDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL/HDL Ratio, Chol/HDL Ratio

RBC, PCV, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, Haematocrit

General info:

iMedical can also provide actual Mass-Spec (LC/MS) E2 testing  as an additional option. Some labs offer a 'sensitive E2 immunoassay', but this is still an 'immunoassay' with the same test interference issues with compounds such as Trenbolone and high dose AI's. Unless these compounds are being used then the standard E2 test is suitable, also a lot quicker with next day results. Both versions of tests (sens E2 + E2LCMS) take approx a week for the result regardless. iMedical can verify our LCMS results are as claimed.
